What we ask of our guest contributors

Magnetic Millions™ is a relational platform, not a drop-in appearance.

Guest contributors are expected to:

• Be present for the entire production day (times depend on location. Leamington approximately 12–6pm, arriving by 11am for briefing, Newcastle will start and end earlier)

• Take part in a 30-minute pre-interview call with Carol to shape the story arc and ensure the conversation serves the room

• Join a shared on-the-day briefing with the Media Director and fellow contributors

• Engage informally with the audience before filming and during breaks (this is a key part of the experience for the audience)

• Participate in one pre-event Live or recorded conversation with Carol in the run-up to the event

• Contribute without selling or pitching, in alignment with the ethos of calm authority and generosity

• Share your appearance with your audience in a simple, authentic way using assets we provide

This is about showing up, sharing honestly, and being part of something meaningful.

Magnetic Millions™ exists to move the needle - economically and culturally - by helping more women scale sustainable, leadership-led businesses.

We are curating conversations with women who want to contribute to that mission, not simply appear on camera.

Why Magnetic Millions™ Was Created

Magnetic Millions™ was created by Carol Evans after decades of building, leading, and working alongside women at every stage of business growth.

Again and again, the same pattern emerged. Not in the results but in what was missing from the story.

People only see where women are now.

They rarely see the bathroom-floor moments, the panic, the near financial collapses, the environments that no longer fit, or the seasons where everything had to be questioned.

Too often, these experiences are hidden. Or worse, interpreted as signs that something has gone wrong.

Magnetic Millions™ exists to change that narrative.

This platform was created to document the truth of leadership as it is actually lived:

• the doubt alongside the decisiveness,

• the breakdowns alongside the breakthroughs,

• and the deep personal reasons women keep building even when it would be easier to stop.

By making these stories visible, Magnetic Millions™ helps women see their own challenges differently - not as failure, but as part of the terrain of growth.

It’s about sharing perspective, meaning, and context so no woman feels alone in the parts of the journey no one prepares you for.

Magnetic Millions™ was born at The Fold; a restored 19th-century professional creative studio in the heart of Leamington Spa.

As the platform evolves, Magnetic Millions™ is expanding into a national documentary series, with live production days taking place across the UK in 2026 including cities such as Newcastle, Manchester, and London.
